Hi! I'm Bethany, founder and owner of Grit Works. For more than 15 years, I've cleaned homes and businesses while juggling other careers, raising a family, and everything else life threw at me.

No matter what kind of craziness was going on in my life, cleaning has been my constant. When my own life feels chaotic, the first thing I do is clean and organize my space. It helps me think. It gives me room to breathe. It's a reminder that even when everything else feels out of control, creating order is still possible.

Cleaning was always the work that stayed with me. Not because it was easy (we all know that's not true!) It definitely wasn't glamorous. But because it mattered. Life gets busy. Sometimes messy. Sometimes insanely overwhelming. Whether you're running a business, raising a family, working long hours, or simply trying to keep up, cleaning is often one more thing on a list that's already too long.

Believe me, I get it!

That's why Grit Works exists. Not to judge your home. Not to make you feel like you should have it all together, but to make your life a little easier. The name Grit Works comes from four values that guide everything we're building: grit, grace, gratitude, and integrity.
